When you place an order through the website your order information is retained on Mama Love Collective records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Email subscriptions
Mailchimp is what we use as a marketing automation and client management platform. By joining the mailing list ('the collective), or submitting any online form or survey via the website, social media or any links created and/or sent, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to Mailchimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Legal Policies.

Joining the mailing list is optional, although recommended. If you have signed up to the mailing list and would like to unsubscribe, simply send notification via email with “Unsubscribe” in the subject area, and you will be removed immediately. Alternatively, all emails sent via Mailchimp also have an unsubscribe link in the footer.

Your personal information, including your email address, will never be sold, rented, loaned, traded, or leased to anyone, ever.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We advise you review this policy regularly as we will not always announce these changes on the main pages of the website.
